About us
Vintage 98S is an international seller of vintage and vintage-style clothing, operated from India. In these terms, we, us and our mean Vintage 98S.
Products and packs
- Products are sold in packs of 30 pieces. The minimum order is 1 pack.
- The price shown on product pages is the price per piece, and the pack total is shown beside the quantity selector.
- All items are graded Grade A/B. Photos and videos show representative pieces, and the exact pieces in a pack can vary.
- Vintage items can show natural signs of wear, which are not defects.
Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and include shipping. Prices shown in other currencies are for convenience and are converted from GBP. Taxes, customs duties and import fees charged in your country are not included. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock errors, suspected fraud or pricing mistakes, and refund any payment taken.
Shipping, returns and refunds
These are described in our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the logo, text, photos and videos, belongs to Vintage 98S and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party brand names mentioned describe the style or origin of vintage items and belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, or for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights in your country of residence.
