How refunds work once a return or an order problem has been approved.
Refund approval
After we receive and inspect a returned pack, we email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. If a pack is lost or arrives damaged we may refund without a return after reviewing your photos.
Refund method and timing
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it.
What is refunded
Approved refunds cover the price of the affected goods. Shipping is included in our product prices, so it is refunded only when the problem was caused by us, for example a wrong or damaged delivery. Customs duties and taxes paid to local authorities are not refundable by us.
Partial refunds
If only some pieces in a pack are missing or damaged, we may offer a partial refund for those pieces.
Cancelled orders
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders already shipped follow the return process.
Currency
Prices are in GBP. If you paid in another currency, the refund is made in the currency of the original payment and exchange differences are outside our control.
