We want you to be happy with your order. Please read how returns work for our graded packs before you buy.
About our products
Every piece is vintage or vintage-style and is graded Grade A/B. Light signs of previous wear, natural fading and small marks are part of the character of vintage clothing and are not considered defects. Packs contain 30 pieces and are shown with representative photos and videos.
When you can request a return
- The pack received is the wrong item or does not match the product ordered.
- The pack is missing pieces compared to the 30 pieces stated.
- The goods arrived damaged in transit.
How to request a return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery by WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- Send clear photos or a short video of the pack and of the problem, including the outer packaging.
- We review the request within 2 business days and tell you whether it is approved and how to send the items back.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were received.
- Returns must be approved by us before anything is shipped back. Parcels sent without approval cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged delivery.
Items we cannot accept back
Packs that have been partly used, sold on, altered or washed, and returns requested after 7 days, cannot be accepted.
