Refund Policy

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Timing

Once a refund is issued, it can take several business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account. Timing varies by payment provider and country.

Refund amount

Refunds cover the product price paid. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and any currency conversion or payment fees charged by your bank are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Currency

Refunds are made in the currency of the original transaction. Any difference caused by exchange rate changes between the purchase and refund dates is outside our control.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be issued where a returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
