Return Policy

Eligibility

Items may be returned within the return window stated at the time of purchase (to be confirmed before launch). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Condition of returned items

Vintage and vintage-style pieces are inspected before dispatch. Returned items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, odour or removed tags may be refused or subject to a deduction.

How to request a return

Email contact@vintage98s.com or WhatsApp +91 9350072265 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We will confirm whether the return is eligible and send return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping, duties and fees

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and payment processing fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection

Once your return arrives, it is inspected within a reasonable period. You will be notified by email whether the return has been approved.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within a few days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a solution.
